Sometimes, Coffee Capp gets things a bit wrong in its coffee database, especially when it comes to smaller roasters or brands from other countries, and because of this, the brewing advice given is often kind of generic instead of perfectly matching to the specific bean you are actually using, which could be annoying if you don’t notice or care so much. Some users say when it comes to technical support, Coffee Capp has become slow and didn’t respond quickly at all.
